Yes, all our studios and apartments are furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. Everything is ready for you to arrive with your bags and start making Kora Green City your new home. Kora Green City has its own commercial laundry room at the resort, with washing machines and tumble dryers with 11 kg capacity and charge per wash.
No. If you book directly with us, we will not charge you any agency commission since, in this case, we market the rental of our studios and flats directly.
The deposit required at Kora Green City is 1200€. This deposit is a guarantee against negligent use of the flats. It will be returned to you after checkout once our team verifies that the condition of the Studio or Apartment rented is correct.
Yes, you must provide your last two payslips, a bank certificate of solvency or any other document that certifies that you can pay the rent.
To confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit of €1,200 at the time of reservation, immediately after signing the contract we will send you by email. Upon arrival at the property, you will pay at reception the proportional amount for the remaining days of the current month. From the following month and throughout the rest of your stay, the monthly payment must be made in advance, between the 1st and 5th of each month.
Kora Green City works with a hotspot system with coverage throughout the resort, both in the flats and in common areas, for a constant strong network connection. The speed allows you to telework, upload and download large files, make video conferences and play streaming games. In case you require more speed, we can automatically increase your bandwidth.
