In the Canary Islands, water is a precious commodity. That’s why we filter and purify the water from each shower and reuse it to irrigate our gardens, made with plants native to the islands, adapted to the climate and requiring minimal watering.

Our interiors act like a bubble to reduce noise pollution inside, and each accommodation has double or triple window systems to ensure optimal sleeping conditions.

Kora Nivaria Beach has its own bulk food shop to buy exactly what you need and nothing more, and if you still have some left over, we collaborate with the food bank to donate the surplus food. At Kora Green City, we have free water points in common areas, specific filtering systems, and single-use plastic-free containers.

We work with Km0 companies and inclusive companies with people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.

At Kora living, we do our best to avoid single-use packaging. The glass jars in which we serve breakfast at Nivaria Beach are sanitised and reused at the Mini Market, and at Kora Green City, we offer our guests reusable bottles. Every little bit counts.
