  • Yes, there’s a supermarket less than 350 meters from Kora Tigot where you can find everything you need.

  • Check-in is available starting from 16:00h.

    Check-out is by 11:00h — although if you book through our website, you can enjoy a late check-out at 12:00h.

  • We’re open 24/7, 365 days a year. Our team is always here to help with anything you need.

  • Absolutely. Our reception staff will be waiting to welcome you and show you to your apartment. Just let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Here are the Kora Tigot house rules:

    • No smoking inside the apartments.

    • Please be quiet between 22:00h and 10:00h to respect everyone’s rest.

    • Do not flush baby wipes, sanitary pads, or tampons down the toilet.

    • You can access the pool area with your apartment key card. Children who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult.

    • Each apartment may request a parking space, subject to availability and a daily fee. Spaces are not numbered.

    • Reception is available 24 hours a day.

    • The entrance gates to Kora Tigot are closed between 23:00h and 7:00h.

  • Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking and the season. We recommend checking the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking or contacting our customer service team for more details.

  • At the moment, we don’t provide an airport pick-up service. But don’t worry — there’s a 24-hour taxi service available at both Tenerife airports.

    A daytime ride from Tenerife South Airport usually costs around 20€, and around 25€ at night. From Tenerife North, fares are approximately 80€ during the day and 100€ at night.

  • We’re in a prime location in Tenerife, close to many must-see sights. From the stunning landscapes of Teide National Park to beautiful beaches and hiking trails, there’s plenty to explore — including the island’s fascinating marine life.

    Just a short walk from Kora Tigot is Amarilla Golf Marina, where you can enjoy unforgettable ocean adventures: sailing trips, whale watching, diving excursions, water sports… and even a submarine tour to discover the depths of the Atlantic!

  • A 300€ security deposit is required at check-in as a guarantee for the proper use of the apartments. This amount is charged to your credit card at reception and will be refunded after check-out, once our housekeeping team has confirmed that everything is in good condition.

  • Our Housekeeping team provides cleaning services for apartments with stays of at least four nights, as long as the booking was made directly through our website.

    For reservations made through other channels, cleaning is offered for stays of five nights or more. This is not a daily service — it takes place once every four or five nights of your stay.

  • In winter, our pool is heated to 26°C and the jacuzzi to 28°C. The heating system is powered by solar energy, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

    You’ll also find sunbathing areas and shaded zones where you can unwind and relax.

  • Yes. We offer adapted apartments for guests with reduced mobility and accessible routes throughout the common areas.

    If you require an adapted unit, please let us know when making your reservation to ensure availability.

  • All our kitchens are fully equipped to make you feel right at home: glass-ceramic stove top, microwave, fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a full set of kitchenware. Every apartment also has a dishwasher.

  • Yes. We offer free, high-speed wifi in all apartments and common areas — perfect for working or streaming without interruptions.

  • Apartments don’t have individual washing machines, but Kora Tigot has a laundry room equipped with professional washers and dryers, available to all our guests.

    It’s a convenient, easy-to-use service available for an additional fee.

  • No. For safety and comfort reasons, exceeding the maximum occupancy listed for each apartment is not allowed. If you’re traveling as a group, we’ll be happy to help you find the best accommodation combination to suit your needs.

  • Absolutely. We offer cots and highchairs free of charge, subject to availability. We recommend requesting them at the time of booking so they’re ready when you arrive.

  • Our reception team will help you get in touch with the nearest medical services or arrange transportation if needed. We can also provide information about nearby pharmacies and health centers.
