Here are the Kora Tigot house rules:

• No smoking inside the apartments.

• Please be quiet between 22:00h and 10:00h to respect everyone’s rest.

• Do not flush baby wipes, sanitary pads, or tampons down the toilet.

• You can access the pool area with your apartment key card. Children who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult.

• Each apartment may request a parking space, subject to availability and a daily fee. Spaces are not numbered.

• Reception is available 24 hours a day.

• The entrance gates to Kora Tigot are closed between 23:00h and 7:00h.

At the moment, we don’t provide an airport pick-up service. But don’t worry — there’s a 24-hour taxi service available at both Tenerife airports.

A 300€ security deposit is required at check-in as a guarantee for the proper use of the apartments. This amount is charged to your credit card at reception and will be refunded after check-out, once our housekeeping team has confirmed that everything is in good condition.

Our Housekeeping team provides cleaning services for apartments with stays of at least four nights, as long as the booking was made directly through our website.

For reservations made through other channels, cleaning is offered for stays of five nights or more. This is not a daily service — it takes place once every four or five nights of your stay.
