
Wake Up Yoga
Group sessions to start the day in tune with your body, your mind, and the environment.
Classes are adapted to each person’s pace and level, combining fluid movement, breathing (pranayama), and moments of deep relaxation. A 60-minute practice, with limited spaces that ensure a close and personalized environment, designed to activate the body and clear the mind from calm.
Our instructor, Maya, is a certified yoga teacher with over 550 hours of training, including advanced studies in India, and 7 years of teaching experience. Her classes integrate mindful movement, breathing, and deep relaxation, offering a balanced experience for body and mind in a peaceful environment inspired by the nature of Tenerife.
