A New Way to Travel with More Benefits: What Is Kora Rewards and How Does It Work?
Kora Rewards is Kora Living’s new loyalty programme, designed to make every experience with us even more rewarding.
From Tenerife to Málaga, via Vitoria, Pamplona and Valencia, our properties welcome people with different ways of travelling but a shared philosophy: enjoying each destination in a freer, more flexible and conscious way.
Whether you’re planning a short getaway or exploring a new city, Kora Rewards gives you access to exclusive benefits simply for being part of our community.
So, how does it work? It’s simple. All you need to do is sign up for Kora Rewards to start enjoying your first benefits. No points or previous stays required.
From then on, you’ll earn 1 point for every €10 of eligible spending on your bookings. These points will help you progress through the club’s three membership tiers: Kora Friend, Kora Fan and Kora Lover, unlocking new benefits as you enjoy more experiences with us. Your accumulated points will be valid for two years.
Because at Kora, it’s not just about finding somewhere to stay. It’s about experiencing every destination your way. And now, enjoying even more benefits every time you come back.
The Three Kora Rewards Membership Tiers and Their Benefits
We all travel differently, and not always as often as we’d like. That’s why Kora Rewards has three membership tiers, each offering different discounts and benefits that grow with you as you earn points.
- Kora Friend: Benefits from the Moment You Join
Every great story has a beginning. And with Kora Friend, yours starts with benefits from day one.
Kora Friend is the first membership tier, which you join automatically when you register. You don’t need to earn any points to become a member. All you have to do is sign up.
From that moment, you’ll enjoy at least 5% off your bookings, complimentary gym access at properties with gym facilities, free early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, and priority access to exclusive offers.
You’ll also receive 10% off at dining venues operated directly by Kora Living, excluding breakfast, plus a special birthday treat. This benefit does not apply to venues managed by third parties.
- Kora Fan: More Benefits When You Reach 350 Points
Some places just keep calling you back. And if Kora Living has already become part of your travel plans, we’d love to thank you for it.
Once you reach 350 points, you’ll become a Kora Fan, the second tier of our loyalty programme. You’ll enjoy discounts starting from 8% on your bookings, keep all your Kora Friend benefits and receive a special welcome gift.
- Kora Lover: The Highest Membership Tier
Some destinations become firm favourites, and we always find a good excuse to return. For those who keep choosing us, there’s Kora Lover.
With 1,000 points, you’ll reach Kora Lover, the highest tier of Kora Rewards. This membership includes discounts starting from 10% on your bookings, all the benefits from previous tiers and a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, subject to availability and valid for stays of up to three nights.
It’s our way of recognising your loyalty and making every new Kora Living experience even more rewarding.
