Yes, we have a private parking area within the complex. The price is €15/day for short stays and €10/day for long stays (from 30 nights onwards).
Of course. Our parking includes charging points for electric cars. The fee is €25/day.
Yes. We carry out a full cleaning of the apartment, including changing sheets and towels, every 5 nights.
Yes, at Kora Olea you can enjoy a continental breakfast at our café El Pimpi: freshly brewed coffee, natural juices, a variety of toasts, fresh fruit, and other healthy options.
We don’t have our own restaurant, but our café area serves breakfast. Additionally, the area is full of restaurants and chiringuitos just a few minutes away.
Yes, the building adjacent to Kora Olea houses a large supermarket, perfect for your daily shopping.
Check-in is from 16:00h (early check-in from 10:00h for bookings made on our website, subject to availability).
Check-out is until 12:00h (late check-out until 14:00h, also subject to availability).
Yes, our team is available 24/7 to assist you whenever you need.
The Kora Olea pool is open daily from 9:00h to 21:00h, between April and October.
You can manage your cancellation directly through the same channel you used to make the booking. If your rate includes a flexible policy, you can cancel free of charge until 14:00h on the day of arrival.
After that time, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. If your booking has a different cancellation policy, always check the specific conditions provided at the time of booking.
Yes. At Kora Olea, we have Coworking Alikindoi, a bright, calm space designed for comfortable work—whether answering emails, making video calls, or advancing a project during your stay. Additionally, the entire complex has high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected without any hassle.

Yes, at Kora Olea a €200 security deposit is required upon arrival.
Yes. Kora Olea is just a few steps from Los Álamos commuter train station, which connects directly to the airport and Málaga city center in minutes.
You can also walk to Los Álamos Beach, and in the surrounding area you’ll find buses, taxis, and quick access to the highway.Getting around Málaga and the Costa del Sol from here is convenient, easy, and possible without a car.
At Kora Olea, we want you to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay. Here are our main rules:
Check-in: from 16:00h. Free early check-in for direct bookings from 10:00h (subject to availability).
Check-out: until 12:00h. Free late check-out for direct bookings until 14:00h (subject to availability).
Cancellations: must be made through the same channel used to make the booking. Free cancellation is possible until 14:00 on the day of arrival (except for non-refundable bookings). If cancelled after 14:00 on the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
No smoking is allowed in all areas.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 10:00h to respect rest hours.
