MaintenanceTechnician - Kora Kiliki

Pamplona

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician. The selected candidate, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and the Resort Director, will be responsible, among other tasks, for the following:

Supervise the resort facilities and verify their proper functioning.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
Perform pool maintenance.
Resolve daily incidents reported by apartment guests.
Carry out small electrical, plumbing, and masonry repairs.
Coordinate and supervise different technical services.
Support the Maintenance Manager and coordinate with other Department Heads to ensure the proper condition of apartments and facilities.
Perform gardening maintenance.

Requirements:

Experience in pool maintenance, filtration systems, and automatic dosing systems.
Knowledge of electricity (low voltage), plumbing, and carpentry.
Knowledge of HVAC systems.
Experience in small masonry repairs: plasterboard, painting, etc.
Legionella prevention certificate.
Pool maintenance certificate.
Previous experience as a maintenance technician in hotel complexes is an asset.
Training as Senior Maintenance Technician is valued.
License for aerial work platforms is valued.
