We are currently looking for someone to join our reception team at our resort in Pamplona. The selected candidate, reporting to the Reception Manager, will be responsible, among other things, for the following tasks:
The selected person, reporting to the Resort Management and working alongside the rest of the team, will take on the following responsibilities:

Follow up on bookings with special requests and ensure interdepartmental coordination to fulfill them.

Carry out check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring an efficient and professional service.

Provide guests with tourist information and personalized advice.

Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Supervise and manage access control to the resort.
-
Handle and manage inquiries, requests, and complaints, both in person and via phone or email.

Perform public relations functions, representing the image of the establishment and acting as an ambassador with guests and partners.

Convey brand culture to guests and colleagues: values, purpose, brand attitude, and attention to detail.

Ensure constant information input into the CRM.

Promote customer loyalty by creating a positive experience during their stay.

Manage online reviews and comments on digital platforms and social media, maintaining a positive online reputation.

Coordinate and lead events and activities for guests.
-
Establish and maintain relationships with travel providers and agencies, contributing to the establishment’s positioning.

Support general administrative and accounting tasks, including invoicing and cash control.

Handle telephone calls and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional approach.

Collaborate on marketing and communication strategies, contributing ideas to improve the establishment’s visibility and brand experience.
Requirements and skills:

Degree in Tourism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of the SIHOT system (valued) and strong tech skills (essential).

High level of English and German. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist, with preference for experience in mid-size aparthotels and guest relations management.

Excellent communication skills, proactivity, creative thinking, dynamic personality, and customer orientation.
