Kora Kiliki opens its doors in Pamplona: an innovative model of flexible and sustainable accommodation

The new Kora Living accommodation in Soto Lezkairu combines design, sustainability, and local life — and arrives in the city with a giveaway of 100 nights for all registered residents of Pamplona

Kora Living will open Kora Kiliki, its first flex living complex in Pamplona, on October 31th. Located in the heart of the Soto Lezkairu neighborhood, the new space redefines the way people stay, live, work, and enjoy the city. With 167 fully equipped studios and apartments, Kora Kiliki offers total flexibility for short- or medium-term stays — from a few days to several months — adapting to each guest’s rhythm.

More than just an aparthotel, Kora Kiliki is a meeting point for travelers, locals, and professionals on the move, with shared spaces designed for connection: a rooftop with pool, coworking area, gym with panoramic views, bike park, and a social and cultural venue — the Euskal Jai fronton, a symbol of connection to Navarra’s roots.

From its very name — Kiliki, inspired by one of the most iconic characters of the San Fermín festivities — to every detail of its interior design, the project pays tribute to Navarrese character and local culture. The design, created by Cul de Sac Studio, integrates nods to the city throughout: the red San Fermín scarf in the décor, the Euskal Jai bleachers recalling the typography and color of the historic fronton, the Saralegi panoramic gym honoring the famous Navarrese stone lifter, and a color palette for the apartments inspired by the façades of the Old Town. Each element contributes to creating a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere that connects guests to Pamplona’s history and energy.

“We wanted to create a place where every guest feels at home, with the freedom to experience Pamplona in their own way. Kora Kiliki offers a modern, sustainable, and authentic experience for those looking for more than accommodation — a way to belong to the city,” explains Itxaso Aguirre, General Manager of Kora Kiliki.

A living agenda of experiences

In line with its philosophy of open spaces, Kora Kiliki will launch throughout 2026 a program of cultural, creative, and wellness experiences that will energize its surroundings and foster connections with neighbors, visitors, and local organizations.

The property also opens itself to collaboration with artists, local businesses, cultural agents, and associations interested in participating in this new stage — inviting them to propose projects, exhibitions, or activities that help energize life in the Soto Lezkairu neighborhood and strengthen the bond between the building and the community.

In this way, Kora Kiliki aims to become a new cultural and social hub in Pamplona, aligned with Kora Living’s mission to integrate into the urban fabric and support the local creative scene.

A gift for Pamplona: 100 nights for 100 Pamplonicas

To celebrate its opening, Kora Living is launching an exclusive Instagram giveaway: “100 nights for 100 Pamplonans.” One hundred people will be able to enjoy a free stay during the first six months after opening. Participation will take place through the official profile @korakiliki, and the giveaway will run from October 26th to November 9th at 23:59h. Faithful to its environmental commitment, the building incorporates energy-efficient systems, electric vehicle chargers, water refill stations, and low-impact materials. Its design maximizes natural light and thermal comfort, following Passivhaus principles, which already define the Kora Living brand.

In addition, passive and active solutions have been implemented to enhance energy efficiency: airtight thermal envelope, triple-glazed windows, geothermal systems for climate control, aerothermal systems for hot water, and the installation of 80 solar panels generating more than 56,000 kWh annually, cutting the building’s energy demand by 50%.

“With Kora Kiliki, we’re responding to a new way of understanding urban accommodation in Pamplona — a city full of dynamism and potential. We want this space to contribute to the development of the neighborhood and the way residents and visitors experience the city,” says Kepa Apraiz, CEO of Kora Living.

With the opening of Kora Kiliki, Kora Living strengthens its presence in northern Spain, alongside Kora Green City (Vitoria-Gasteiz) — the largest Passivhaus-certified accommodation building in Europe and one of the most energy-efficient in the world — reaffirming its commitment to a flexible, sustainable, and deeply urban lifestyle model.
