The deposit for long stays is 1.200 €. It is requested to cover possible damages, refundable at the end of the contract once the apartment is in good condition.

The first month’s deposit is payable in advance when confirming the reservation. The deposit is payable on the day of arrival at the reception desk. Thereafter, monthly payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month.
