Our long-term stays in Valencia range from 1 month to 11 months. You decide how long you want to stay and we adapt the price according to the duration and type of accommodation you choose.
Of course. At Kora Lluna everything is ready to move in: fully furnished studios and apartments, with equipped kitchens, utensils, and all the basics for your daily life. You only need to bring your suitcase. In addition, we have laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers so everything is at hand.
No, at Kora Lluna we are completely transparent: booking directly with us you will only pay the price you see, with no commissions or surprise charges.
The deposit for long stays is 1200€. It is requested to cover possible damages, but it is returned at the end of your stay, once the good condition of the apartment is verified.
Yes, just the basics: the last two payslips, a bank certificate, or any document that confirms you will be able to cover the rent payment.
The first month is paid in advance when confirming the booking. The deposit is paid on the day of arrival at reception. From then on, monthly payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month.
