  • We want you to enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay. Our main rules are:

    • Check-in: from 16:00h. Free early check-in for direct bookings from 10:00h (subject to availability).

    • Check-out: until 12:00h. Free late check-out for direct bookings until 14:00h (subject to availability).

    • Cancellations: managed through the same channel where the booking was made. Free until 14:00h on the day of arrival (except non-refundable bookings). After that time, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

    • Smoking is prohibited throughout Kora Lluna.

    • Please keep quiet between 22:00h and 10:00h to respect rest hours.

  • We include apartment cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels for stays of at least 5 nights. At Kora Lluna, we have our own housekeeping team, and if you wish, you can add daily cleaning for €15/day.

    Extra towel changes are also available upon request at reception.

  • Yes, at Kora Lluna we serve a full continental breakfast to start the day with energy: freshly brewed coffee, natural juices, a variety of toasts, fresh fruit, and other healthy options.

    And if you feel like something hot, we offer dishes prepared to order for an additional cost.

  • Of course! Our accommodation is Dog Friendly and allows two dogs per room, up to 20 kg, for stays of less than a month. This service has an additional cost of €25/night.

    To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, dogs should not be left alone in the studio or apartment for more than 30 minutes. It is necessary to inform the reception team upon arrival or when making the reservation; we thank you in advance!

  • NO BAR by Ricard Camarena is part of Kora Lluna, the restaurant of Valencian chef Ricard Camarena.

    Located within Kora Lluna, in the Cabanyal neighborhood, NO BAR blends with its surroundings and serves as a natural meeting point for guests and locals alike.

  • Yes, less than 5 minutes’ walk from Kora Lluna you’ll find several supermarkets, ideal for your daily shopping during your stay in Valencia.

  • Yes. We offer underground private parking with limited spaces for 18€/day.

    The price is 15€/day for short-term stays and 10€/day for long-term stays.

  • Yes, our parking has electric vehicle charging points. The service costs 25€/day.

  • Our reception is available 24 hours to help you with anything you may need during your stay.

  • The Kora Lluna pool is open daily from 9:00h to 21:00h, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim or relax at any time within those hours.

  • You can manage your cancellation directly through the same channel you booked. If your rate includes a flexible policy, you can cancel free of charge until 14:00h on the day of arrival.

    After that time, or in case of no-show, the full stay will be charged. If your booking has a different policy, always check the specific conditions at the time of booking.

  • Yes. At Kora Lluna we have designed spaces for those who combine work and Mediterranean life. In addition to fully equipped apartments and studios for flexible stays in Valencia (by days, weeks, or months), we offer coworking spaces with WiFi, free for all our guests.

    You’ll also find private areas for meetings, video calls, or to focus on your projects. At Kora Lluna, you can work at your own pace and feel at home, with all the advantages of an aparthotel in El Cabanyal.

  • At Kora Lluna, Valencia, we currently don’t offer specific children’s activities. However, our aparthotel is designed for families traveling with kids to enjoy a comfortable and flexible stay, with spacious apartments, equipped kitchens, and common areas where children are always welcome.

  • Yes, a 200€ security deposit is required upon arrival.

  • Yes, Kora Lluna is very well connected with the city center and main points of interest:

    • Nearby tram, bus, and train stops with quick connections to the city center and universities.

    • Just 10 minutes’ walk from the Marina de Empresas shuttle.

  • Yes. At Kora Lluna, you can keep up with your routine thanks to access to Play Gym, our gym in the Cabanyal neighborhood of Valencia.

    With #OpenPlay, you can train at your own pace from 7:00 to 22:00, 365 days a year. And if you’re looking for something more guided, you can also join sessions like PlayCross or PlayBoxing (with prior reservation and extra cost).
