  • Yes, the rental process is straightforward and articulated through a temporary rental contract you can sign digitally. Most of the administrative procedures are carried out online. If you have any doubts, we can help you with everything. 

  • Long stays vary from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months. The rental price varies depending on the type of apartment you choose and the length of your stay.

  • Yes, all our studios and apartments are furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. Everything is ready for you to arrive with your bags and start making Kora Kiliki your new home. Kora Kiliki has its own commercial laundry room at the resort, with washing machines and tumble dryers with 11 kg capacity and charge per wash.

  • No. If you book directly with us, we will not charge you any agency commission since, in this case, we market the rental of our studios and flats directly.

  • The deposit required at Kora Kiliki is 1200€. This deposit is a guarantee against negligent use of the flats. It will be returned to you after checkout once our team verifies that the condition of the Studio or Apartment rented is correct.

  • Yes, you must provide your last two payslips, a bank certificate of solvency or any other document that certifies that you can pay the rent.

  • The guest pays the first month’s rent in advance to confirm the reservation; the deposit is paid on the day of arrival at the reception desk, and the Kora Kiliki staff will collect each new monthly payment in advance between the 1st and 5th of each month.

  • Kora Kiliki works with a hotspot system with coverage throughout the resort, both in the flats and in common areas, for a constant strong network connection. The speed allows you to telework, upload and download large files, make video conferences and play streaming games. In case you require more speed, we can automatically increase your bandwidth.

  • The rental process is simple and is arranged through a temporary contract that you can sign digitally. At Kora Kiliki, we make it easy by handling most of the procedures online. You can also count on the advice of our sales team at all times.
