  • Yes. We have private underground parking with limited spaces (18€/day).

  • Yes, there are four electric car charging stations available in our parking lot (25€/day).

  • We offer a complimentary weekly cleaning service for all stays of 5 nights or more. It consists of a 45-minute partial cleaning that includes fresh bed linens and towels, along with a cleaning of the room’s essential surfaces and commonly used areas. We also offer cleanings on demand.

  • Yes, in our Public Market (Mercado Público), you can start the day right with an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast made up of assorted toasts, freshly brewed coffee and more options to kick off your day with energy.

     

  • Yes, there is a supermarket less than a two-minute walk away that will meet your daily shopping needs.

  • Check-in is from 15:00h. Free early check-in is available for direct bookings starting at 10:00h (subject to availability).

    The check-out deadline is 12:00h (however, if you book through our website, you can leave two hours later – at 14:00h).

  • Our swimming pool is open from May to October from 9:00h to 22:00h. Hours may vary, so we recommend that you confirm with reception. During the rest of the year, the swimming pool is closed but the rooftop will remain open so that you can continue to enjoy the views.

  • Our reception is open 24 hours a day, always available for whatever you need.

  • Cancellations can be managed through the same channel used to make the booking. If the reservation has a flexible cancellation policy, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 14:00h on the day of arrival.

    If cancelled after 14:00h or if the guest does not show up, the full price of the reservation must be paid. If your reservation is subject to a different cancellation policy, we recommend that you review the specific conditions indicated at the time of booking.

  • We have several coworking spaces available to our guests for free. We also have other private spaces for working or organizing video conferences or meetings.

  • Kora Kiliki is 2km away from the center of Pamplona, a few minutes walking from the Casco Viejo (Historic District), the Citadel, the Plaza del Castillo and the San Fermín running of the bulls route.

  • No, we do not currently have activities specifically for children.

  • Yes, a security deposit of 200€ is required at the time of arrival.

  • Kora Kiliki is perfectly connected to the center of Pamplona thanks to several city bus lines with stops just a few meters from the hotel. You can also easily get around on foot or by bike from Soto Lezkairu.
